Server not accepting URL parameters #2

The server easily tracks the presence or lack of a file extension unless a URL parameter is present at the end of the URL. This should be an easy fix.

This issue is no longer relevant as the previously existing Node.js script will not be used. Another type of server will be used to host the website.
