Describe the bug

av01 encoded videos are skewed in 240p and 480p resolutions since chromium version 110

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXkgbmr3dRA
  2. Set the video quality to 240p or 480p

This has now been fixed in the new Chrome version 110.0.5481.104: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1415122#c57
