Video framerate jittering on high refreshrate monitors

Bug description

With ambient light enabled the video framerate is jittering on refresh rates higher than 60Hz.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dObEm7u_ytM&t=181s
2. Disable the "Smooth motion" setting
3. Set the "Synchronization" setting to another value than "Display framerate"
4. Play the panning scene (repeat the scene)

The bug still happens in these conditions

• [X] The bug still persist when I disable all other extensions (ex. in incognito mode with only this extension enabled)
• [X] When I logged out of my YouTube account (ex. in incognito mode)
• [X] In incognito mode

Additional context and/or screenshots

There are currently 3 workarounds, but those have a negative impact on the performance:

• Enable the "Smooth motion" setting and set the "Smooth motion strength" setting to 100%
• Set the "Synchronization" setting to "Display framerate"
• Or open the YouTube player settings menu and leave it open
