Increasing the spread percentage to 400% allows portrait video's in small view mode to still fill the entire screen's width and height.

[x] Increase the maximum display size of the ambient light element. Should be set automatically ideally
[x] Maximize the spread percentage to 400% when the WebGL renderer is enabled
