Big white rectangle in the background at the start of videos

Bug description

Since today there is a big white rectangle behind the page but in front of the ambient light in the first 4 seconds of a video. This seems like bug in YouTube's layout.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Browser

Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Firefox

Windows, Apple macOS, Linux, Other

Extension version

The bug still happens in these conditions

• [X] The bug still persist when I disable all other extensions (ex. in incognito mode with only this extension enabled)
• [X] When I logged out of my YouTube account (ex. in incognito mode)
• [X] In incognito mode

The white rectangle seems to be an advertisement tracking video of 1 by 1 pixels scaled to the full window size. A workaround might be to set a background color to the ytd-app element.
