Updated README.md to include a Getting Started section. #263

Includes a Getting Started section that introduces the different settings and controls available to the user. Briefly explains all the different settings provided by ambilight.

Does not yet include documentation for advanced settings.

I have no intention to fill the Readme.md with a list of all the settings. This list is already available in the description in the browser stores.
