Make the water spread map not result in a hard-cutoff for plants some distance away from the water #22

Not sure how to solve. Should there be a small, random attenuation value added to each plant?

Should the water spread map be longer, but end up in not being so powerful in the end result moisture map?

Yeah it was just a matter of changing the water spread influence value in the map creator
