Motivation and Context

log4j2 2.17.2 is a bug-fix release. The changes are listed at https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/changes-report.html#a2.17.2

Nothing in that seems particularly important for our usage, but given the recent work, seems useful to stay up-to-date.

Modify the version in managed dependencies.
