Deep Archive - Display TOC for new additions #1048

I just added one of our "extra" deep archive issues to our website.

I believe I successfully added the Table of Contents information for the page, but it does not display in the public page view here:

https://westernfriend.org/magazine/deep-archive/friends-bulletin-march-2006/

Before I give this job to someone to do, I'd like to have this resolved.

Please send me a quick note when you manage this. Or . . . actually . . . I'll get an email when you update this thread in GitHub.
