Formatting of "Subscribe Magazine" page #402

Attached image shows proposed use of "buttons" provided via the Litera styling Proposed Subscribe Page Layout .

I'll use the Bootstrap button /radio button markup for Format and Price selectors and a checkbox for the Recurring toggle (along with the text changes.)

For what it's worth, our button styles come from the Litera theme that we chose earlier
