Books page - need to update "shipping and handling" prices #910

I built a page for each book in the bookstore 10/18/2023l

We should update prices on "shipping and handling." Needs to be done both within shopping cart and in intro text of bookstore page. New prices should be: $5 for one book, $4 each for 2-4 books, $3 each for 5-10 books, $2 each for 11-15 books, free for 16 or more.
