Improvements to Organization List streamfield item #95

The Organization List 'view' is difficult to see in the Organization List body streamfield. This is because there are no fields defined in the streamfield type. For now, just add a template with some boilerplate text to make the widget easier to see. If possible, improve the widget name in the streamfield selector, and allow only one instance in the body field.

Either this, or deprecate the streamfield and replace it with an intro text and hard-coded listing of Organizations in the template. The latter option is consistent with Online Worship and Community Directories pages.
