Library Browser number of matches doesn't consider keywords #19

On the Library Browser page, below the View Problems submit button, there is text that says:

There are 'x' matching WeBWorK problems. This changes in real time when any form element is changed except for "Level" and "Keywords". To see how many problems match with a given level or keyword, one has to change one of the earlier form elements, which gets confusing.

Also the reset button doesn't reset what levels you've clicked on...

The reset button is a totally different bug; add a new one for that
