FEATURE: Add login support #3

Add login support for users. This would allow for users to have personalized accounts on the website. Having a personalized account would allow for the us to show the users what photos they've already ranked and what score those photos received. We wouldn't display, but we would present its name or path. We could also maybe train the classifier to be specific to each user, if possible.

Lower priority. But, again, we need a description.

We felt this wasn't important to our system so we decided not to implement login functionality. We do acknowledge that it could be an implementation in the future, however, so we have left the issue open.
