Implement interactive behaviour for "Browser" svg component #48

Description

Right now, the home page is too static. There should be more paths for users to get to important pages.

Ideas:

link to resume page on click
enlarge browser svg on click and add more details
create a tool for users to see more information about certain components
- magnifying glass? (might look too much like a search icon)
- "?" icon?
create stickers that a user can click on to view different "codems" (code poems)
