Description

[Popover arrow/triangle isn't centering correctly when in the smaller breakpoint when the toggle switch button is smaller]

Steps to Reproduce

[Inspect toggle switch button in responsive demo of toggle switch popover]
[Remove toggle switch button name (button class)]
[Resize browser to mobile width and click on button to reveal popover with arrow not centering correctly and breaking]

Expected behavior: [Popover should not break or be hidden when resized to smaller size]

Actual behavior: [Popover arrow not centering correctly and breaking/or parts of popover being hidden]

Versions

[Chrome 64 on Windows 7]
