Template header drop shadow rendering incorrectly #450

The header drop shadow should only render across to meet the sidebar (not all the way across the page).

Incorrect rendering...

Correct rendering...

correct drop shadow width

Fix: The z-index of the sidebar should be bumped to it covers the header's drop shadow
