Toggle option to disable stats display "background" #36

Huds like CleanerHud remove the background elements from the objectives on the right, having an option to toggle off the background of the stats display would allow it to blend in with the rest of CleanerHud similar to how stats display blends in with RiskUI

There is an option to slide the scale of the background down to 0 which does disable it but this should be added as default when using cleanerhud to prevent the user from needing to do additional configuration.
