Key changes:

Updated ESLint configuration:

Added recommended Jest plugin for improved testing with the Typescript.
- Enabled stricter rules for import/export handling.
- Disabled specific TypeScript rules to better align with project needs.
Shadcn/UI integration:
Configured Shadcn/UI components
Extended Tailwind's configuration with custom colors, animations, and font families. (resolved conflict with the prev branch)
