Ratio watch commented out in schedule.php #42

Ratio watch was commented out in section/schedule/index.php. I uncommented it and it seems to work fine. Is there a reason it was commented out?

It was commented out due to the prolonged DDoS attack that rendered What.CD's tracker offline, and this accidentally made its way into public Gazelle. This has been fixed for the public release and will appear in the next snapshot of public Gazelle.
