How Do I get this to be port forwarded?

I was trying to show this off to my friend, but I can't get him to see it? So how do I get it open to my friend?

I'm not sure what your question is, but did you read the installation guide? It goes over how to install it on Ubuntu 14.04 as well as Gentoo. There's also a prebuilt VM running Gazelle (Ubuntu-based).

I'm using the Wingix guide to installing it via YouTube as I am currently running it via Windows 8.1 Pro and the question mainly is, is how do I get it to be seen with my friends?

It sounds like you’re trying to set up a server at your house. What you likely need to do is forward a port from your router to the computer you are setting Gazelle onto. This is way outside the scope for the issue queue on this project.
