Modify the Gazelle to conform with the IEC standards of data measurement. #75

Currently the Gazelle uses KB/MB/GB to represent data sizes which are invalid under any modern standards of data measurement.

I ask that these labels be modified to KiB/MiB/GiB to conform with modern IEC standards, and to remove confusion/ambiguity.

All numbers would remain the same, they're simply labeled incorrectly.

Just do it on classes/format.class.php
