Missing File #83

include(SERVER_ROOT.'/sections/friends/whois.php');

This should be resolved in the next push - whois.php is marked in the git log as an unused feature to try to show "how you know a friend" that was dropped for being too taxing on the DB. The include line simply needs to be removed.
