Expose users_history_stats #88

Would it be OK if I added a api endpoint for the data from users_history_stats database? This database contains information about a users upload and download history and could be used to render graphs in the ui.

that would be super dope – are you thinking it will just "shit out" a big JSON file or what?

seems like most graphing / visualization frameworks all like getting data that way.
