TAB Componant changing isToggle option in setup.js #21

Changing isToggle on the Internal and External JS breaks the TABs. As there is no variation that requires a tab not to toggle This function should be removed.

Breaking is fixed, I'll look into the help docs to remove references to this as a feature.
