Add table structural information #3

In order to satisfy WCAG 1.3.1 (Level A): Table structural information must be provided.

elements must have the scope attribute

Thanks, Actually I already updated all of the calendar and minified calendar js files across all of the following projects:

bootstrap bootstrap-dojo bootstrap-jquery bootstrap-mootools tsg tsg-dojo tsg-mootools

So scope="col" is now present within the calendar modules files within all of them.
