Stop alternate signs running on for more than two bars #395

When exporting to Lilypond, if an alternate ending is not stopped by an end-of-repeat mark, then it continues until the end of the section. Two measures is plenty, stop after this.

Also, stop alternate markings if a bar starts with a repeat symbol.
