2 years ago That form page is not working, after typing the message it says I need to type at least 30 chars after typing maybe 300.
Nvm, didn't expect them to do anything anyway, it's not like changing something like this would bring them more money

I will report internally about the feedback form not working properly.
I'm not sure how to pass this along, really how to send this to the developers, if they can see this then great, if not, you can simply delete it. I apologize if this goes outside of the project's guidelines.
As I mentioned in the title, this is about the WhatsApp messenger, not a bug, but a missing feature more likely, one that creates problems for me in particular and for others - as I've discovered after talking with some friends.
A few times too many I've sent messages to other people than the ones I mean to, by simply seeing the open chat and writing into it. This happened to me on mobile, on my android phone, and I agree it's because of not paying attention.
Regardless, I have a solution for this, please consider it.
This problem would be solved if, every time I switch to WhatsApp on mobile, from the open apps task list, you'll display a short-lived (and maybe fading) splash with the profile picture or the name of the person the chat is open with. Think of the achievement prompts in fast-paced games, the ones that appear and then fade out, they inform you but get out of the way pretty fast.
It's a quick reminder of who I'm going to write to. It's not intrusive, it's easy to implement and a nice heads-up.
I know I'd be grateful for it, and maybe I'm not the only one.
