WhatsApp proxy doesn't work in networks where proxies are restricted (so everywhere where there would be a reason to use it) #157

WhatsApp proxy does not connect in restrictive networks such as corporate, schools, etc. Apparently it also doesn't work in Iran and other countries that censor the Internet, as it's trivial to block proxy software that doesn't mask itself.

Indication on WhatsApp is 'connecting...'. forever.

This is such bad work from a multibillion corporation, it's baffling. The Signal proxy works in all the above circumstances, so it can be done.

As it stands this is an entirely useless piece of software.
