Username shouldn't be displayed in Spaceship Prompt #9

By default, a username is shown only when it's not the same as $LOGNAME

Closing because we switched "terminal.integrated.inheritEnv" back to true. << doesn't work

And would have closed automatically but we're not tracking VS Code settings yet. << does't work

MD links don't work with hashes. They try to do anchors within the page.
