This PR adds some stucture to the KingSong Adapter. No functional changes to code. Unit tests have been added, and dependency injection used.

New classes: KingSongBatteryCalculator, KingSongFFFrameDecoder, KingSongLiveDataDecoder, KingSongUtils
Unit tests for each added class
Dependency injection
