Specific Graphical settings should be controllable by the User, dependent on what device they are playing on.

[ ] Window Options (PC Users) Includes: Resolution, Window Type [Fullscreen, Windowed, Windowed Fullscreen]
[ ] Framerate Cap (Global)
[ ] Vsync (Global)
[ ] Anti Aliasing (Global)
[ ] Automatic Screen Resolution for Consoles

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Each Story has been fullfilled to a working standard, exluding graphical content.
