Before the Lab, which is presumed to be the first scene in the game, is defined and completed, there should be some kind of placeholder environment which can be used.
The general vibe would be that it's a relatively simple debug style environment, where objects of different kinds exist for the sake of development, testing and sandboxing.
This allows us to have a place to start working before any scenes are designed and realised, and can continue to be used as a development sandbox.

[x] As a developer, when i have no scene to work with i can use a placeholder, so that i have a playground to work and develop features where i don't have to deal with any scene specific gubbins, such as uniquely scripted scenes.
Acceptance criteria
[x] The placeholder must contain an area where some GameObjects which have a collision mesh, such that they're considered solid, and can be collided with.
[x] The environment must be large enough such that it is not contained within the typical viewport at once, such that camera movement logic has room to be developed and tested, and for future structures to be added.
[x] The edge bounds and base (floor) of the scene must be identifiable, not blank and indistinguishable.
Pending criteria
When items with interactions, or other unique abilities, are realised into the game they're added to the placeholder environment such that their various interaction logic can be developed and tested. i.e Signs, doors, shops, etc.
