Design Goals: Discover more of Luftahraans surrounding areas Lord of the Rings-esque quest goal

Summary: The Player is tasked with relighting a beacon at the Valley Village Finds their way there Fights a bear sleeping on the beacon Lights the Beacon

Remember, keep the scope small robo. If you find an excuse to perhaps remove a house or two in that village because you can't find a use for it then go for it. We don't want to spend too much time on that village.

Otherwise I really like the overall idea!
