Summary:
-The quest starts when the player activates the catapult outside of The Engineers Workshop. The fire explosive hits the nearby house belonging to a character called Davyn.
A guard approaches the player telling him/her to talk to the owner of the house
Is asked to pay the repair bill (10.000) or gather a set of documents from a village nearby Falkreath
The whole village has been turned into animals, and the player must confront a witch living in a cave underneath the village (Accessible only by jumping in the waterfall)
Talking out with the witch and subsequently entering her home and disabling the spell from there
Return to the village, get the documents and return to Davyn
