varac download fix #65

should this hard fail? also I would request not trying to setup and load the dialog as part of the script wait till its used. this app shouldn't kill the overall project

It looks online right now for me, but I agree the hard fail is probably not for the best. I'm hesitant to have the script download from unofficial sources, so I might close this PR. But I agree that maybe a warning screen would be better than having the script stop.

yea works here now as well, I dont know what you saying all links are official sources .. the hopp.to is just a 3rd party URL handle system used by the official release chains..

the fail on hopp.to was killing installs due to the fail condition..
