Fix the plugin to use it on BSD system #1

Hello,

Thanks for your plugin.

There is a tiny problem to use it on my system (FreeBSD) and other unix-like system. The if platform should be to rewrite to handle special cases (win, mac) and after the other one (posix / unix) otherwise the plugin generate an exception:

"AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'adjust_to_macOSDark'"
