Fix various compilation warnings produced by newer compilers #39

This should fix https://github.com/WheretIB/nullc/issues/36 (aside from warnings in external pugixml library) And also https://github.com/WheretIB/nullc/issues/38 (there is an existing PR with the fix for this, but it includes many other changes)
