Add profile for CCTVs on Cargo Ship

Create an example profile called CargoShipCCTV which adds CCTVs and Computer Stations to Cargo Ship at the same positions as the Cargo Ship CCTV plugin.

Plugin was probably made before some lighting updates, so view from cameras inside cargo hold are pretty dark.
