Giving this a go, it's a proxy used by Cloudflare - I see it all the time.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 26daa259d4f6a8efbc98a27a79959d063b39795a on ayumi-cloud:railgun into da24adc4f4f26002673d236e69b91a10f2fd594c on WhichBrowser:master.
