Add `Komodia Bot` to detection #649

This bot keeps hitting our test servers.

They claim:

Komodia’s Redirector allows you to change TCP/IP network sessions...

Our advanced SSL hijacker SDK is a brand new technology that allows you to access data that was encrypted using SSL...

We are seeing this bot coming from an ovh data center. Looks like a pure spam bot.
