Download the Trained weights from Baidu Netdisk #3

I have a trouble with download the Trained weights from Baidu Netdisk (It request an China account, but I am not live in China). Can you add more Google Drive Link or One Drive Link? Thank you for your sharing!

SCB-ST-Dataset4 Baidu link is empty. Please update the link.
