Lid Sleep : No expected activation #3

Sometimes (when i reboot / MBPRO 15 2011" Vertex 3 SSD 10.6.7) the extension 
active the mode "do not fall asleep when lid is closed" but i don't activated 
it.
Do you think it doesn't read correctly the preference file in the library?

I have the same problem.  Macbook Pro 15" 2011.  It does it on both Snow 
Leopard and Lion.

This issue is related to status persistent of the kext - 
http://code.google.com/p/macosx-nosleep-extension/issues/detail?id=10 would be 
used to tracking.
