fix jitpack & add support for using multiple versions in the version check #48

pr now also adds support for 1.20.4, 1.20.5 and 1.21. builds been in use on my 1.20.6 server for a couple of hours and all seems good. also tested all obviously available features from the claimsettings menu and everything works on all of the supported versions.
