Making History DLC breaks game saving #29

@KSPSnark reported serious problems with certain home world settings when the Making History DLC is present, something to do with the alternate launch sites. Leaving the alternate sites enabled seems to help, but not always, and turning the alternate sites off seems to consistently break game saving. He has repro steps that I'll add to this issue.

@KSPSnark So far, I'm not able to reproduce the problem with Kopernicus 1.7.0-1. Could it have been fixed at Kopernicus?

I think this was a Kopernicus problem that was corrected in the Kopernicus 1.7.0-1 and later, as I haven't been able to reproduce the problem with both DLCs installed. @KSPSnark would you try reproducing the problem again?

It was quite some time ago that I observed this-- have since moved on to other stuff and haven't had a chance to take the time to set up a KSP installation that's running Alien Space Program, start a career, get a ship to the point where I could try to reproduce, etc. (takes a fair amount of time to get it to the point of reproducibility-or-not). My apologies, have just been very busy-- unsure when I'd have a chance to try to repro again, but unlikely to be soon. If you believe it's been fixed or addressed, then by all means close it out. :-) Thank you for the attention, sorry for the fuss!

Seems to be corrected with at least Kopernicus 1.7.0-1, and KSP 1.7.0 plus DLCs and later.
