Added Eve biome support #4

I took a look at the Eve biome map from the KSP Wiki, and after reading the Kopernicus how-to I thought I'd take a stab at this.

For some reason, BUILTIN/Eve_Biome is not working. I can't even find documentation on the BUILTIN keyword in the Kopernicus Wiki.

There's still a lot of work to do, as biome names aren't showing up in KerbNet, Eve is named "The Kerbin" in the map and KerbNet views, and science definitions aren't matched up. I'll ask about that in the Kopernicus support threads later.

I just thought of something: The biome map colours probably changed with KSP 1.2 and KerbNet. I just tried again with BUILTIN/eve_biome and the new colour values, and they appear to be working.

I need to take a look again to make sure I match up the colours to the correct biomes in the stock Eve biome map, but this means I don't need the eve_biome.png file. I'll close this pull request and submit a new one with the corrected .cfg and without the biome map PNG.
