Let's try this once more.

I discovered kittopia-dumps and copied the Eve biome details from there to here. Also moved KSC to the edge of Crater Lake to make those initial survey contracts reachable.

Just finished cleaning up my configs and removed the dependencies on external textures. I'll retract this one and do one after cleaning up all the unneeded stuff.
