Allow BBB to see and respond differently to specific users that the streamer defines which will be used in generating the reply for that user.

For example:

User: TestABC Knowledge: is a big fan of FPS games

and use this in the reply generated by the AI

Shouldn't be too hard...Considering we have the username when an event is triggered on Twitch, we can check if there's a "knowledge" item about this user and add this to the persona text that is forwarded to the AI tool along the lines of:

\<general persona text> and remember that user \<TestABC> is \<Knowledge> so try work that into your answer
