Feat: Block messages from unknown numbers #1071

Usage:

updateMessagesPrivacy(value)

type value -> 'all' or 'contacts'

The function will work for Baileys, only if it is available on your WhatsApp application

I performed tests on the common WhatsApp that this privacy function has not yet been released, it allowed the change but I can no longer enter these numbers either on WhatsApp Web or Desktop.

When testing with WhatsApp Beta that has this privacy works perfectly.

The message is like a warning signal about the update.

Performed tests on 5 devices with common WhatsApp (3 normal and 2 Business), and one device with WhatsApp Business Beta.

Realizei testes no WhatsApp comum que ainda não está liberado essa função de privacidade, ele permitiu a alteração porém não consigo mais entrar com esses números nem no WhatsApp Web e nem Desktop.

Ao testar com WhatsApp Beta que tem essa privacidade funciona perfeitamente.

A mensagem é como sinal de alerta sobre a atualização.

Realizado testes em 5 aparelhos com WhatsApp comum (3 normal e 2 Business), e um aparelho com o WhatsApp Business Beta.
