[ISSUE] iPhone 14 - messages simply aren’t being delivered #1124

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or some kind of restriction from iOS or the iPhone, but we have a client with an iPhone 14 using WhatsApp Business, and a significant number of messages simply aren’t being delivered. They were coming through for a while, but in the past few days, there haven’t even been attempts at delivering messages. On WhatsApp Web, the messages are received normally.

If the DDD of the number is 31 or above, you cannot use the 9th digit. The iPhone shows everyone with the 9th digit, when in fact it is not.

Thanks Bob, but the number was registered without the 9, but when someone sends a message to this number, Baylies does not recognize it, and the message doesn’t get through. There’s not even a log entry. It’s as if the message sent to this number doesn’t exist. We have other numbers that have the extra 9, registered without it, and they work normally even with DDD 31 and above.

Pelo que percebi para ter uma restrição na hora que chaga para o ios e android só funciona no web os botões 2 dias depois que a evolutionapi anunciou os botões ai bloquearam até saiu att para o whatsapp eles devem ter corrigido o caminho para receber esse evento

Oi @DionathaFraga comigo aqui o problema é qualquer mensagem, não somente botões. E são mensagens que chegam para o whats conectado e não mensagens que enviamos.
